BHA and drill bit types and the formation being drilled adaptability will directly affect the speed of drilling. Therefore,preferably the drill bit and BHA type can improve drilling efficiency. In this paper,Panyu oilfield PY4-2 and PY5-1 two regions have been drilling well history data and log data are a bit Adaptability Evaluation and Optimization Design,and then make the evaluation and optimization of drill adaptive design, specific studies are as follows:(1)Panyu oil fields using drilling data logging, formation rock and mineral composition of clay mineral identification analysis of whole rock establishment of Panyu horizontal and vertical cross-sectional formation rock drillability and rock mechanics parameter sections;(2)Combined formation drillability profile sectional and rock mechanics parameters, analysis and evaluation of the Panyu field PY4-2 and PY5-1 drilled 12 1/4"drill bit usage, preferably made drill program and drill bit design optimization;(3)Analysis and evaluation of different BHA with PDC bit usage, proposed optimization scheme of BHA.Through this study, we presented Panyu Oilfield 12 1/4 "hole section and the lower drill hole assembly optimization solutions, providing a theoretical basis for Panyu Oilfield quick drilling technology.
