It is difficult to reach the purpose of breaking down and increasing production for each reservoir by using the same type of acid, because there are various beds, different features and big diffrent storage in the No.l fault of NanPu Block in JiDong oilfield; as the same time it has non-valid in the technology of the shunting and diversion for the high water cut layer and long hole section, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of increasing oil and controling water; furthermore it will influence the affect of acidification to some extent if the acidification can not flowback timely. So this paper analyzes the situation of the pre-acidification wells in JiDong Oilfied, and perferms a optimization study on the acidification of the No.1 beds.(1)Analyzing the geologic feature of Nanpu Oilfield Block 1 reservoir and the acid situation in the earlier days, and providing corresponding countermeasures to plug releasing.(2)Analyzing the potential damaging mechanism from three aspects such as drilling and completion, well workover and production. And it lays the foundation of the acid liquid system and the optimization of the acid process for the next step.(3)Analysis of the characteristics of the respective acid applicable, find fluoroboric acid which is suitable for the structure of Nm superficial layer in NanPu Oilfied,Dongying reservoir system for the different concentrations of acid soil acid, considering the deep processing the concentration of the corresponding acid from adove.(4)The Nanpu oilfield acidification and the deep section of the Yangtze River diversion acidification process. Then optimized the design pumping pressure, injection of acid emissions and acid dosage acidification process parameters, and through research to find suitable way that artificial drainage of residual acid flowback in the Nanpu oilfield.(5)Analysising four wells on-site data in NP1-23, NP1-37, NP101x8 and NP1-4A15-P251 and evaluation of the production conditions and drainage conditions of oil well. The results showed that it reached the 94% in the 17 wells, especially for horizontal well (NP1-4A15-P251 wells) which achieved good effect on increasing oil after using acid system.
