The Influence Of Human Capital Flow On Economic Growth In China

Economic growth plays an irreplaceable role in national development and social stability.For the sustained growth of the economy of the country or region,the human factor is an important factor to promote the economic growth,only the improvement of the quality of labor can promote technological progress and productivity growth.Therefore,the problem of human capital and economic growth has caused wide public concern in the society.Based on domestic and foreign research scholars on human capital and the flow and economic growth of the theory and empirical research,divided 31 provinces into the East,middle and West as the research object,collect,summarize and deal with the panel data of 2000-2012 years,the paper analysis and comparison of the current situation of human capital stock and flow of employees.Improved the labor input into human capital input in the traditional C-D production function model,detailed analysis of the East,middle and west of the stock of human capital,the outflow of human capital and the inflow of human capital contribution to economic growth and introduced the effect of spatial factors on economic growth.Using Matlab software to establish a spatial panel econometric model,analyzed the effects of material capital stock,local human capital stock,human capital stock,human capital flow and spatial factors on economic growth,in order to put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the allocation of human capital and regional economic development.Through the study of the human capital stock of our country: the stock of human capital in the eastern region is largest,the human capital stock of employees in 2012 is 3382551700 people·year,the middle region is second,the western region is smallest,the eastern region of human capital stock growth rate is the fastest,the western region has a trend to catch up with the middle region in the overall.The study of human capital flow in our country: the eastern region is the human capital inflow region,and the inflow of human capital has increased year by year,to 2012 reached 580490800 people·year.The central and western regions are the human capital outflow region,also increased year by year.Because of the large population in the middle region,and according to this paper,all provinces in the middle part are labor outflow region,while some provinces in the western part is labor inflow,so the total amount of human capital in the middle region is far more than the western region.Through the empirical analysis of regional human capital flows and economic growth,the paper studies the spatial panel lag model,which is based on the time fixed effect: the stock of material capital and local human capital are still important in the growth of GDP,which is particularly prominent in the eastern region;the inflow of human capital has a positive effect on the GDP of the three regions,and plays an more important role in the western region;the outflow of human capital plays an inhibitory role in the east and middle regions,and plays an important role in the western region;spatial factor plays an important role in the eastern region,plays an inhibitory role in the middle and western regions.
