Localization of mobile nodes is one of the hot issues in wireless sensor networks. It is to get the position information of mobile unknown nodes by using information of some anchor nodes and some special mechanisms. There are still lots of shortcomings in this technology such as great impacted by circumstances, low localization accuracy, huge power costs and not suitable for mobile wireless sensor networks.By the development of WSNs,more and more occasions need localization technology. Therefore, the research on mobile wireless sensor network technology is of significance in both theoretical and application areas.Existing mobile node localization algorithms make full use of mobility, reduce complexity and hardware costs of the algorithms, however, due to the ignorance of potential localization information and lack of filter conditions, these algorithms have poor localization accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a mobile node localization algorithm based on received signal strength difference(NMCL).We take a perpendicular bisector method and an improved point-in-triangulation teat to divide the area to reduce more samples and improve the accuracy of localization. In addition, since the NMCL always take the maximum speed of the unknown node as a fixed sampling radius, which leads to large sample area and low accuracy,we propose a speed adaptive improved algorithm based on received signal strength difference(INMCL)based on received signal strength difference, according to the signal strength difference,we calculate the relative distance that the unknown node moves in time unit, then convert it into physical distance as the radius of the sampling area to change the sample area in time, and improve the accuracy of localization.Simulation results show that both NMCL algorithm and INMCL algorithm are more accurate than the existing mobile node localization algorithms at high speed, low seed node density and strong communication irregularity.
