Surface plasmon resonance(SPR)biosensor is widely used in the field of drug screening,disease diagnosis,environmental monitoring and food safety.In this paper,an fiber-optic SPR imaging sensing system is constructed and combined with the application of smart phones to realize low-cost,portable and multi-channel biosensing.The specific content is as follows:Firstly,using light emitting diode(LED)as light source and web-camera as the detector,an intensity modulated fiber-optic SPR imaging sensing system is constructed based on the home-built wavelength modulated fiber-optic SPR sensing system.A dual-channel SPR imaging sensor is constructed using a yellow LED with the center wavelength of 595 nm.The detection of Con A(Concanavalin A)is carried out,experimental results show that the system can realize real-time monitoring of biomolecule binding process,and has good reproducibility(Relative standard deviation,RSD =1.7%).Secondly,the fiber-optic SPR imaging sensing system is optimized in terms of system structure,data processing algorithm and optical wavelength range control.The system has a refractive index sensitivity of-556.6% /RIU and a resolution of 5.2 * 10-4 RIU under the condition of using a narrow band filter with the central wavelength of 640 nm.Using the built-in color selectivity of color digital camera to develop two-color SPR imaging sensor,the refractive index sensitivity can be improved to-1033.2% /RIU;An fiber-optic SPR imaging sensing system based on smart phone is constructed,and has a refractive index sensitivity of-358.5% /RIU and a resolution of 1.22 * 10-4 RIU.Finally,a multi-channel fiber-optic SPR spectral imaging system based on iHR550 imaging spectrometer is constructed to monitor the full-resonance spectrum of multiple channels in parallel,having a refractive index sensitivity of 2005.3 nm /RIU and a resolution of 4.9 * 10-5 RIU.Besides,a low cost SPR spectral imaging system is constructed.The refractive index sensitivity is 1432.2 pixels/RIU and resolution is 2 * 10-4 RIU.A SPR spectral imaging network platform is developed for real-time spectrum analysis and data management.
