Cloud computing is a model of storage and computing which is flexible,reliable,and with high-quality.Cloud computing architecture is a complex multi-software environment,the whole system has so many components.Each component in cloud computing has different degrees of possibility being out of control,so in such a complex system,faults are inevitable.The evaluation of cloud platform fault tolerance is of great significance to its reliability research.So far,for the cloud computing platform and its various layers of software testing research results,involving the evaluation of the relevant content is small,and the test method is more single,which make the need for more in-depth research and improvement urgent.Most of the traditional evaluation strategies are based on the design of a dedicated simulation environment for evaluation,the evaluation strategy has the advantage that it minimizes the risk.However,for such a platform of cloud computing,its structure is complex,large function,need to run for a long time in high load environment and other characteristics make the test environment and the real environment gap between large.Which makes the traditional cloud platform fault tolerance test strategy hardto reflect the cloud platform in the real environment completely.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this paper combines the service-oriented thinking with the traditional test strategy,and proposes a service-based cloud platform test strategy.The test strategy has the characteristics of real test environment,low coupling degree and high flexibility.Can effectively expose the cloud platform layer of software problems.In addition,the use of fault injection means,the cloud platform layers of the design of a representative set of failures,and then verify the cloud platform services fault tolerance.Based on this idea,the architecture design and software realization of cloud platform fault tolerance test suite are carried out.This paper sets up the experimental environment to test the implementation of the cloud platform fault-tolerant test suite,the experimental results show the test suite has scalability,and can effectively generate cloud platform layers of failure.The resulting failuresare unpredictability just like the real cloud computing platform,at the same time verifies the effectiveness of the tools.
