The Design And Implementation Of Information Center Network Simulation Platform

With the development of network technology,the application of Internet towards to magnanimity,complexity and the inherent defects of IP architecture emerges gradually.It is difficult to apply information technology demand of the future.Information-Centric Networking(ICN)is one of the future direction of the evolution of the network architecture.At present,the research of ICN is increasingly getting more and more popular.Certainly,ICN simulator,which provides convenient simulation model for the researchers to accurately verify their algorithm correct or not,is an indispensable simulation tool for ICN researchers,An excellent,popular ICN simulator not only supports simulation,but also supports application scenarios including load,including business load,module selection,and it also can support existing infrastructure network,which is a complete set of ICN simulation environment,open interface,flexibly allowing users to call a variety of modules to form their own algorithms.Existing ICN simulator such as ccnx,ccnsim and ndnSIM have many defects.They are stand-alone version,and the GUI(Graphical User Interface)is simple and not user-friendly,even there is no interface for some simulator.Most of them are with complicated operation,complex installation and errors prone.Furthermore,the logic framework of source code is not obvious and not easy to learn,resulting in users wasting a lot of time in learning how to use the simulator,rather than protocol and algorithm design.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,and provide simulation support for laboratory study ICN,the paper begins with the realization of a ICN online simulation platform,providing an online and the ICN's friendly operation interface and good user experience of simulation platform for users.To facilitate users anytime,anywhere,using the platform for simulation.Besides,the simulation platform is based on Hadoop,a distributed computing framework,completing the calculation with close cooperation of a set of loose integration of hardware.Hadoop takes full advantage the entire cluster of processing power and storage capacity,saving the computational time,greatly improving the computational efficiency.At the same time,aiming at the research of ndnSIM simulation software,we add some modular functions,supporting the development and use of simulation platform.And we added the ICP protocol emulation module,providing researchers in Simulation.Finally,this paper realized the online ICN simulation platform system based on the above ideas.
