With the rapid development of society economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the requirements of modern city on street lamp management are getting higher and higher. The traditional street lamp management is backward,mainly because of high energy consumption, low operating efficiency and weak intelligent management ability and so on. In the context of intelligent city construction, the development of efficient intelligent, stable operation of the city street management system, to enhance the efficiency of street management, energy conservation, reduce operating costs, improve the image of the city will play a positive and effective role.The intelligent street lamp management system is composed of information perception, intelligent control, data communication and management platform. This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of intelligent streetlight management platform based on WebGIS.This thesis first introduces the key technologies of the system, including the Spring MVC framework developed by Web, GIS, WebGIS technology for realizing streetlight geographic information visualization and user access control technology to strengthen system security.At the end of the evening or in the morning, the current light-controlled street lamp is turned on or off according to the ambient illumination, and the progressive dimming of the street lamp can not be adapted to the change of the ambient illumination. In order to save further energy, this thesis designs a fuzzy model based on the Mamdani reasoning algorithm Controller, and carried out the Matlab simulation experiment, the experimental results show that energy can save more than 8%.In this thesis, the demand analysis of a streetlight management institute in Jiangsu Province is carried out, the objectives and concepts of the system development are determined, the overall structure of the system is designed, the functional modules are divided, and the overall scheme design of the system is completed. Based on the analysis of E-R diagram, the design of the database is completed. Based on WebGIS, the functional modules of the system are designed in detail.After the completion of the coding system for compatibility testing, functional testing and security testing, indicating that the system design and implementation of the city to meet the basic needs of intelligent street lamp management. Finally, the work done in this thesis is summarized, and the content of the extended research is prospected.
