| Nowadays is the era of internet、information and innovation,how to create better innovative user service is an important issue in the development of university libraries under network environment.Recognizing the importance of service innovation,university libraries carried out more diversified in both content and form of services.Library service innovation is not only the objective requirement for the service work of university libraries,at the same time to improve the service level of university libraries is of great significance.The paper study the service of University Library under the network environment by using the methods of literature research,network survey,questionnaire survey and so on,describes the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,briefly introduces the present situation of university libraries service at home and abroad,describes the concept and theory overview of service innovation of university libraries.First of all,the paper makes an investigation on the network survey of fifteen university libraries website and study on the contents of the existing service,points out the problems existing in the service concept,service content,service mode and service personnel training of University Libraries under the network environment.Secondly,in order to understand the user’s demand for information,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate students and teachers in Northeast Agricultural University,and summarizes the challenges brought by the new needs of users to the service of University libraries:the personalized and diversified service modes,the transformation of the spatial services from single function to multi functions,and the provision of one stop search service for information retrieval.Again,the paper uses the case analysis method,taking Northeast Agricultural University Library as an example,through the investigation of the present situation of Northeast Agricultural University Library,explores the problems existing in the service of Northeast Agricultural University Library.In the management mechanism,the library does not establish an effective management mechanism,the lack of service standards and supervision mechanism,management means and methods of the lack of vitality;In the resources construction,Aging of computer and network equipment,the backward of software,restricted the development level of Library service;In terms of service,the service ability of the library staff needs to be improved,the lack of high-level service personnel;In the financial support,compared with the same level of university in the province,there is a significant gap.Finally,the paper points out the countermeasures of the service innovation of University Libraries under the network environment in four aspects:In the service concept,adheres to the people-oriented,all to the needs of users as the first;In terms of service content,accelerate the construction of digital resources,strengthen the integration of information resources,strengthen information sharing;In the service mode,vigorously carry out the development of mobile library services,cloud computing,a variety of personalized services and intelligent self-service,actively expand the digital service experience and space service;In the cultivation of innovative talents,improve the quality of service personnel,strengthen user needs research and training,establish scientific incentive mechanism.To ensure the smooth implementation of the service innovation,but also the need or policy guidance,financial support,institutional constraints and target drive. |
