The composition of hot iso_static pressing machine is relatively complex,including gas,heating,hydraulic,cooling system,covers an area of large equipment layout,the control and execution components for installation requirements are more dispersed,the reliability of the electrical control system and interlock installation requirements is the focus of equipment.Based on the design of PLC electrical control system is not only break the traditional mode of electric centralized control hot iso-static pressing machine,at the same time by optimizing the hardware configuration,the modularized program design,software simulation,dynamic windows control for the connection of the equipment multitasking window,on-line monitoring and fault handling automation requirements,is to solve complex equipment reliability and safety interlock control requirements of a means of engineering applications.Based on the application of PLC control equipment,selection based on the general international PROFIBUS DP field-bus distributed I/O module,the STEP7 software development platform for hardware configuration,program design,use of its advantages of the open,high flexibility,high reliability,automation development process in the field of high-end applications,the purpose is to reduce the complex equipment system debugging and difficulty of site wiring,shorten the design cycle,improve the efficiency of fault handling,and multiple tasks system provides flexible extension scheme.Hot iso-static pressing equipment of the heating system and temperature control system is an important part of electric control system,this paper introduces the hot iso-static pressing device of heating system and temperature control system,PID control is the most commonly used control method,this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and studies the method of PID control parameters.The WinCC(Windows Control Center)is a group of software that SIEMENS has implemented in fhe communication and monitoring of the computer between PLC and the top machine.This paper mainly introduces how to use the WinCC to establish the monitor picture,and makes the monitor picture dynamically display according to the actual situation of the scene.With hot iso-static pressing equipment control system as an example,this paper introduces the hardware configuration,use WinCC system and through WinCC configuration monitoring system is introduced in this paper,creating dynamic man-machine interface,the concrete steps of fhe process monitoring.According to the company for many years,hot iso-static pressing machine electrical control system design experience,design objects for on-site technical investigation,examination equipment reliability and secutity problems,through the demand analysis,system dedign,imported hot iso-static pressing equipment electrical control system to conduct a comprehensive upgrade.After the performance,function testing,equipment,electrical automation control system upgrade saticfies the requirement of the user agreement,hot iso-static pressing machine design specification for the company provides a solid theoretical foundation and application engineering support.
