Design And Implementation Of Public Rental Housing System Based On Data Mining

Public rental housing(PRH)is thesupplement to the “dual-track”apartmentsupply system,to ensure the people who can't afford thecommercial housing,and unqualified to low-rent housing and economically affordable housing,so called “sandwich class”.Due to the limit of the PRH implement time and the short renting time,it is important to ensure the fair,open,just in the process of application,verification,publication,distribution,living,rent fee management.It is the main issue we are facing right now.Further more,the government is paying more attention to therenting operation management and the renters' activities.The article is to find a way to optimize the PRH management and operation by data Mining digging and simulation.The subject of the article is to standardize the operation process,realize the management system operation in the process management of application,verification,publication,rotation and rent-after management by establishing a PRHmanagement system.The program is along the process of the application,before renting,renting,renting-renew,renting-quit,and cross the housing department,operation apartment,property management,to build an all-aspect and highly integrated PRH management system.During the project implement,the system is based on the framework of B/S,the technical framework use ASP.NET MVC,which is based on the WCF service system structure.The advanced framework and design mode guarantee the technical advancement,continuity,expandability and wide adaptability.Recent years,with the development of data mining technics,we have step into mass data era.People can acquire knowledge and capability by data analysis.This paper describe the data prediction function in the data Mining method.On the base of PRH business analysis and data mining theory study,this paper also introduce the application of decision tree in the process of verification of applicants.So far,the system has been utilized in a some city,and won the praise of government,enterprises,and employees.
