H2S?hydrogen sulfide?is a highly corrosive and poisonous gas.It brings a lot of influences on production processes,such as the oil,chemical,steel and other production processes.Especially in the process of exploration and development of oil gas field,H2S gas leakage accident occurs easily,which seriously causes casualties and corrode oil or gas equipment.Therefore,the research on real time and rapid detection of the concentration of H2S gas in oil gas field has a great social significance.In this research,the application of light sensing in gas detection is studied in order to detect the concentration of H2S gas.First of all,this paper introduces the basic principle of spectrum absorption optical fiber gas sensor based on studying the theory of spectroscopy.The H2S gas absorption spectrum is analyzed by using HITRAN database and JavaHAWKS software.The wavelength of the best absorption spectrum of the H2S gas is578.1um.Secondly,in this paper,an improved gas detection method is proposed by researching on the existing gas detection method based on spectrum absorption characteristics.The harmonic detection technique and double optical path difference method are combined to detect H2S gas concentration in the new method.The method adopts wavelength modulation technology to modulate light source.The double light path difference method is used to improve tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy gas detection technology.The harmonic detection technology is adopted to detect gas concentration signal.The mathematical model of the improved H2S gas sensing system is established and the system is simulated by simulation platform.The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the detection ability of the lock-in amplifier in weak signal detection and reduce the measurement error.At last,the experimental platform is built and the hardware circuit is designed.The experiments are carried out and the experimental data are analyzed.The experimental results show that the new method has a good effect in the low concentration H2S detection and verify the feasibility and correctness of the method.This paper can provide a theoretical basis for applying to the field of oil and gas exploration,solving the technical problems of weak signal,and achieving a large range and long distance security detection of H2S gas.
