Modern industrial products in the context of high capacity,high consumption,packaging processes need to achieve automation,packaging speed,accuracy,packaging quality have higher requirements.The products are divided into small rule shape products,particles,powder,liquid,etc.The product can be used in combination with the production line,and the packing of the particles can be used for counting and weighing.The volume and quality of the liquid can be measured by using the method of measuring volume and quality.This paper mainly studies the transmission and packaging system of M grade powder(CO),and can be used in food,chemical,medicine,materials and other related industries.the system plans to use the weinview combined with PLC of OMRON cp1 l type for TK8070 IH and expansion module CP1H-C1F12 connection workshop Ethernet / IP network control;PLC extended module for CP1W-DA041 CP1W-AD041;material conveying system according to the material flow characteristics,the use of vibration feeding principle,material channel gradient can be adjusted;the use of electronic weighing,analog data input PLC,according to the specifications of the packaging barrel,weight can be adjusted;negative pressure environment.Particle size is small,easy to fly,because of higher value,the negative pressure system,through the filter cloth collection after recovery;the total control room can be real-time monitoring system running state,the general scheduling.
