Bamboo germplasm resources,as a vital component of forest and plant lift germplasm resources,together with abundant applications and broad utilities of bamboo,has become globally highly valued on its collection.However,attributed to outdoored collecting technique in bamboo germplasm resources and assorted broken stored data,the post procedure in management and integration of data becomes confusing and cumbersome,whitch,whereas,hampers the development and utilization of germplasm resources in bamboo.Thus,it is apparently pretty important to bring mobile computing technology into data acquisition applications in bamboo germplasm resources and,with the help of Android operating system,to reach information of data mining in bamboo germplasm resources.In light of above-mentioned problems in bamboo germplasm resources study,this essay will especially resolve question facing data collection in bamboo species from three aspects---real-time location image acquisition,mobilized data reporting and design information acquisition system.Here as following are research achievements.(1)Research on acquisition of real-time location in image data.An instant,mobile and multi-source model acquiring image under EXIF(transformable image file)format was proposed.The acquisition of more highly integrated image data,say ultimate content,geographic location,locale information and other multi-media resources,is not confined to the visibility of image anymore.(2)A method of synchronous data synchronization based on mobile environment is proposed.The semantic cache technology is brought into tactic strategy lest the unstability of network in shifted environment,as well a new cache replacement algorithm was promoted.Data synchronization issue from poor network stability,under mobile computing environment is resolved.(3)Development of the Android-based data collection system of germplasm resources in bamboo.Facilitated with Java language,a Eclipse-plantform-supported system was developed.Includes implementation of development environment setup,basic data acquisition,real-time location pictures collection,search in bamboo species,news reading on bamboo and etc,Which verified the validity of theory and method.Results of this study is pragmatically significant in meeting workers' business needs in bamboo germplasm resources data acquisition,and removing inconvenience and deficiency in traditional laboring acquisition.
