The Evaluation Research On The Internet Influence Of Academic Websites

Nowadays society,the network has more and more extensive influence on the academic research.Academic websites have shown a more mature look.They have vast amounts of academic information and play a more and more important role in promoting academic communications and showing academic achievement.Academic web sites rely on the Internet as a platform of academic information exchange and transmission,and its Internet influence directly affect whether the resource of good quality can be passed to the users.It become one of the factors to evaluate the performance of the academic websites,and need to be addressed for the website construction.Therefore,this paper choose the evaluation research on the internet influence of academic websites to provide suggestions for website construction.Based on the research purposes and related research status,this paper firstly constructs a initial evaluation index system.Then designing the questionnaire based on the initial,using Delphi method to the expert investigation,it improve the evaluation system,give the index weight and finally establish the evaluation system.In addition,the paper put the provincial and municipal academy websites as well as affiliated website to the CASS as the evaluation object to evaluate,and comparatively analyze the difference results among level differences,regional differences,subject differences of academic websites,and come to conclusions: the Internet influence to the provincial academic website is the biggest;the developed regions has a bigger influence;a law,literature and economics all have a bigger influence.The final result shows: academic websites’ effectiveness on the Internet have a larger rising space;the academic websites have different levels of influence on the Internet because of different factors;there is a big gap of Internet influence among the academic websites.At the same time,the paper also provides the suggestions on the construction of academic websites for future: academic website should be actively involved in the search engine which is oriented cooperation projects;strengthen the cooperation with social media;pay attention to the academic innovation and site quality.
