Higher precision,higher speed of response and more reliable servo system has become the current requirements with the the increasingly widespread application of servo control system in the field of control system. The traditional servo systems is concentrated controlled by computer,which have the advantages of simpleness,convenience, easyly management and so on. However, the system also have a series of disadvantages like avaried signal lines, complex wiring,low fault-tolerant rate, terrible system expansible ability, difficult maintenance and so on.Based on key technologies of distributed computer system scheme and real-time network researching,a distributed servo control scheme based on PCI bus is proposed.The servo controller and servo control node are separated by the scheme.Each servo control node is managed by servo controller. Then the real-time researching of the CAN bus network is conducted. Mixed priority scheduling algorithm based on priority promotion strategy is proposed and the experiment is conducted to verify the program correctness finally.1. According to the requirements of the system, the hardware circuit of servo controller with FPGA circuit, MCU microcontroller circuit, CAN interface circuit and PCI interface circuit and the hardware circuit of servo control node with microprocessor circuit, AD conversion circuit, DA conversion circuit and signal conversion circuit are designed.2. According to the researching of CAN communication mechanism and CAN network informational time model,The CAN protocol is improved further and mixed scheduling algorithm with the advantages of static scheduling algotithm and dynamic scheduling algorithm is proposed for the real-time problem of distributed system. This algorithm can ensure low priority node occupying certain broadband in the conditions of high priority being responsed rapidly, so that the real-time problem of distributed network can be solved effectively 。3. The PCI interface software is designed, the the configuration space for CH365 is researched, CH365 device detection function, CH365 base address function and CH365 reading and writing configuration space data function are designed.Verify the functions of the system and test the scheduling algorithm of system.Test results show that pneumatic hydraulic servo control system based on PCI bus which is designed in this paper can satisfy the basic requirement and the requirements of real-time indicators.
