This study focuses on the secondary free tuition and financial aid policy impact on junior high school graduates choose to secondary vocational education in poverty-stricken areas.Article discusses free tuition and financial aid policy for students to choose the influence degree of the secondary vocational school,to explore the influence process how will exempt tuition and financial aid each played a role,other factors influence on junior middle school graduates choose to secondary vocational schools,the results whether achieve the desired policy objectives.Therefore,this research through the X school,932 students conducted a questionnaire survey,understand the secondary vocational school education object and basic situation of potential objects.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,we concluded that the secondary free tuition and financial aid policy on the influence of the junior high school graduates choose to secondary vocational education in poverty-stricken areas in the policy guidance role is not obvious,the existing conclusions such as policy propaganda is not enough.Based on the above conclusions,to improve secondary vocational free tuition and financial aid policies,this study suggested: first,to improve education quality hard skills,the right to construct good professional education environment;Second,the education departments at all levels to increase aid policy propaganda;Three,strengthening the policy effect on students' motivation;Fourth,the secondary vocational education funding system;All five,gradually achieve free secondary vocational education;Six,open the secondary vocational student's entrance path.
