Modern professional women in the family play the role of mother,wife and struggles in the workplace,the task of high load and burden of mad life trivial,complex relationships with friends and family are helpless to women in the workplace has caused great burden and psychological distress.Career women with the improvement of social status,the pressure also more and more big,the dual pressure of work for the modern women’s physical and mental health caused serious influence,physical health reduced year after year,psychology is over-stretched.For professional women survey in recent years,most of the professional women in a state of anxiety,crowd of professional women accounted for the proportion of healthy people is more and more big,the relevant professional female body and mental sub-health problem has caused the wide attention of the society,for this group of related research more and more professional women.Yoga is spread from an Oriental art practice of India,"the unity of body and mind,for centering nature" is the highest state of the yogi pursues.Yoga in Indian language means: "combination,unity".Yoga is very pay attention to breathing and movement rules and laws.Hope that through very slow postures,yoga will stretch of the limbs,muscle movement,visceral breathing and relaxation in harmony as a whole,to achieve soul with.Soothing yoga can stimulate the flow of the movement practitioner body potential,improve physical quality and the cardiopulmonary function.At the same time yoga can help people to shape a perfect body,relieve depressive mood,rise to adjust the nervous system,the effect of disease prevention.In recent years both at home and abroad are widely popular in the world,has become the synonymous with fashion and fitness of the masses.At home and abroad in recent years,many scholars have this special group for women’s mental health was studied,and the study of yoga is also very hot in recent years.But the study on yoga training methods or yoga for the improvement of the body shape and physiological function.Although in recent years the effects of yoga on mental health has more research,but little study about the effects of yoga on mood.This paper studies the influence degree of the anxiety level of yoga for career women,understand the role of yoga in mental health,trying to improve the national mental health by sports fitness level,promote the harmonious development,promote the spread of yoga in China.This study using the literature material method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method to study the effect of yoga movement of professional women anxiety state.By collecting literature survey,a comprehensive understanding of the content of this research at the forefront of the dynamic and the status quo,for the study of the thesis topic selection,design,content,analysis of the results provide a solid theoretical basis.Using the experimental method,the selection of 30 yoga training professional women as a group,select 30 professional women do not participate in sports activities as a control group and experimental group of 30 professional women in 16 weeks,three times a week,every time after 90 minutes of yoga exercise,through experimental test before and after the experiment test data comparison analysis conclusion.Questionnaires during the process of experiment,through the level of psychological stress perception before and after exercise,anxiety status to survey content,data collection and analysis.The aim of this study is through yoga exercise method to help professional women relieve psychological pressure,relieve the anxiety state.Enhance psychological health level.The results show that:1.Yoga to tension dimension has a significant change,but the control dimension change is not obvious.2.Yoga for professional women’s stress perception level has obvious changes,effectively reduce the pressure.3.Yoga can alleviate the anxiety of career women,effectively reduce the anxiety level4.Yoga can improve the level of professional women’s mental health,improve professional women to enjoy life.
