The talent has become an important area for competition among enterprises,with the global economic integration and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy.Recruitment is the first step in attracting talents and selecting talents,which is the key step for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.The university student is the important human resources in our country,and one of the important ways for enterprises to obtain human resources must be completed through campus recruitment.The basic work of enterprise human resource management is talent recruitment,which relates to the long-term stable development of enterprises.This paper is from three angles of the enterprises,the universities and the graduates to explore the effectiveness of Campus Recruitment in the BLGZH University.This is expected to help enterprises to recruit talent for survival and development,the growth of enterprises;contribute to the university graduates to find suitable jobs,improve the overall benefit of higher education teaching reform,talent training mode and the quality of College graduates.This paper accepted to the literature materials,combined with my work,to do the following analysis and research.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation of campus recruitment in BLGZH University,and probes into the main problems existing in the campus recruitment,such as the employment orientation of graduates,the personnel training of colleges and universities,the quality of the staff of enterprises and so on.Secondly,drawing on the previous research results,this paper constructs the index system of the effectiveness of campus recruitment,and designs the questionnaire.Then,the software SPSS 22 was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire,because the measurement index system has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for further factor analysis.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,puts forward related suggestions:improve the campus recruitment effectiveness,should from graduates,enterprises,universities and other three aspects of joint efforts,the basic skills of the graduates and the comprehensive quality should meet the company’s requirements;the ability and professional recruitment team should strengthen the implementation of the recruitment and professional colleges and universities;should create orderly recruitment environment to help smooth the recruitment in the campus recruitment in.
