| At present,the school education is widely accepted by society personnel,parents and students,and the size of the students’ number has grown these years.By the needs of parents and students,y activity center is facing the expansion of the activity center,constantly develop new class,new teachers have joined the school education training work of art,under the expansion of school education,teachers learn how to improve their professional quality is the most important and the most appropriate key issues.This study through the investigation and the analyze of the present situation of teachers’ professional qualities of questionnaire,interview and literature,combining with related theory,then put forward the problems that exist in the.art teacher’s professional quality,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This study takes 40 art teachers in activity center as the study samples.Questionnaires mainly study the following contents:(1)the art teacher’s professional concept(2)the art teacher’s professional knowledge(3)the teachers’ professional ability(4)the art teacher’s professional cordiality is divided into four dimensions,and analysis of current situation and existing problems,and put forward effective countermeasures for improving art teachers’ professional quality.Through the investigation we can get the following conclusions:(1)Art teachers are not familiar with their professional qualities;they need to improve their professional skills and qualities.(2)Art teachers are lack of teaching reaction,so they need to improve their teaching reaction and professional skills.(3)Art teachers lack of accurate and comprehensive self-evaluation,so they need to improve the ability of self-evaluation and professional skills.(4)Art teachers hope to improve themselves,but they don’t put them into practice,so they need to improve their motivation.Through the research results,some suggestions can be put forward.(1)The higher department needs to select seriously,perfect the assessment criteria.(2)Strengthening the training process after joining the work.(3)Hold more activities which can improve art teachers’ professional qualities.(4)Improve the level of self-evaluation and mutual evaluation.(5)art teachers need to strengthen the level of cooperation and mutual study.(6)Art teachers need to improve their own art education exploration ability.(7)Art teachers need to improve their own professional qualities actively. |
