| Fraction knowledge plays an important role in primary school on mathematics learning stage,and the teaching of fraction knowledge is very important and difficult in the teaching of primary school mathematics,furthermore,it is the key content of the primary school mathematics learning and the follow-up mathematics learning.However,for the sixth grade students who will join high school,how understand the situation of knowledge about the fraction.What are the problems when students learn this part of knowledge.What is the cause of the problems.How to face these problems for teachers.These are the problems that educators should be concerned about.In this paper,on the basis of the actual situation about the level of six grade students understand the fraction knowledge,through a questionnaire survey,interview and other means,the students’ cognitive level for the knowledge of fraction is divided into five levels with the help of the SOLO classification theory.Furthermore,we expand the investigation of this paper.The following results are obtained in this paper:First,the results of the study on the level of knowledge understanding of fractions:1.Overall,the primary school grade six students’ fraction of knowledge understanding is in the middle level,the level of understanding still need to be improved for the part of the students.The sixth grade students’ understanding and calculation for the fraction knowledge in the upper level for the most students,and the level of applying scores at a lower level by level.Therefore,the students’ ability of understanding fraction knowledge should be improved.2.Sixth grade students in the understanding of the concept of the fraction is easy to appear the questions: concept of equivalence of fractional properties of multi angle application,the concept of continuous segmentation,different denominator fraction simple fraction size comparison.3.Sixth grade students easily make errors in the process of fractional calculus about using operation law and different denominator fraction addition and subtraction.4.When the sixth grade students use the fraction knowledge to solve fraction applied problem,the "quantity" and "rate" is appeared in the question are difficult to accurately distinguish,which cause the students use the wrong method to solve the problem.And for the complex problem about unit "1",they have no ability to solve the corresponding problem.Second,the results of the analysis of the differences in the level of understanding of fractions:1.There is no gender difference in understanding of fraction knowledge for the sixth grade students,but there are differences between urban and rural areas.2.There is a correlation between the three of the points,such as the understanding of the concept of the fraction,the level of the fractional operation and the use of the fraction. |
