A Study On The Party Building Work In Private Enterprises In The New Period

Since the Reform and Opening policy,especially after the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party building work in private enterprise has achieved a great progress as the companies itself developed rapidly.Plenty of advanced community-level Party organizations has also sprung up.As an excellent Party organization,the CPC Committee of Zall Corporation has been searching the combination of the Party building of a private enterprise and the development of the corporation itself.A special new “Three Congresses and One Class” system,“five synchronous ways” of the Party building and “five coordinating systems” of how the Party building promote the culture building of the enterprise were formed gradually.Eventually,a “Four-developmentfive-synchronization-one-intersect” system for the Party building of Zall Corporation,which is so called Zall’s model,has been established.Zall’s model achieved the combination of the Party building of a private enterprise and the development of the corporation itself.It conforms the regular development pattern of a private enterprise and it promotes the Party building of the corporation at the same time,which can consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party.By analyzing Zall’s model,this thesis aimed to discuss the Enlightenment function of this advanced model to the Party building of present private enterprises.
