Ethical Reflection On Open And Closed The Baby Hatch

Abandoned baby is both ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign social phenomenon,but this phenomenon with the development of the era of frequent exposure.Nowadays,it has triggered a series of serious ethical issues,make it become the problems that have to be concerned and to be solved in present.In order to solve the abandoned baby of the low survival rate or abandoned by the secondary damage more probability problem effectively.In China the concept of adhering to protect the rights of child survival modeled on the practice of foreign " the baby hatch " which was established to try "the baby safety island" in June 2011.As a new thing,"the island" is a bigger dispute that in the beginning of setting up.Someone referred as the embodiment of the humanitarian care,some people see it as the meaning of encouraging abandoned babies,and some "abandoned" due to the cause of overwhelming number of abandoned the explosion pressure and closed,and abandoned them thoroughly to the forefront.In the face of public opinion pressure,financial support under the condition of limited,under the condition of the unperfect protection system for baby safety island establishment of the system and the operated mode and other issues.In the case of foreign mature experience needed urgently in depth exploration and research on the situation of our country at present.From the reason of foundlings,this article focuses on the abandoned baby physiological aspects,pariahs psychology,economics,social aspects multiple perspectives and so on.For the example of the opening baby hatch in Shijiazhuang and the closed one in Guangzhou as the analyses of live.Ethical dilemmas in the perspective of abandoned refuges and its causes more comprehensively at present,and take the theoretical fulcrum utilitarianism and morality,discuss closed and open domain from the perspective of abandoned refuges respectively,ethical focus leads to the debate.This paper argues that the baby hatch closed utilitarianism and open principle-centered are reasonable and deficiencies,only to go beyond Marx’s moral view of two organic combination of utility theory and moral theory transcend can perfect the presence ofabandoned refuges.Finally,in the perspective of care ethics puts forward countermeasures and measures to protect the baby,hopes to cause more people to pay attention to the phenomenon of abandoned babies,protection of abandoned in a rational manner,maintenance of abandoned interests,provide a relatively complete and perfect relief system for them.This is not only to rely on abandoned refuges,and give more help to the social parties to create a high quality baby safety protection net.
