The translated version is used as a law report which may offer reference to legal workers and legal translation enthusiasts. This practice report is composed based on the author’s translation practice. By analyzing the translation process and cases, it aims to discuss some relevant issues, including how to “select” and “adapt” under the guideline of eco-translatology and how to expand the translator’s subjectivity role to the uttermost with the translator’s capability and sense in order to select a translated version with higher acceptability. This report consists of four parts: the first part offers an overview of translation task, including the background and brief introductions of eco-translatology and criminal judgments; the second part is a description of translation process, including task preparation, task process and proof-reading; the third part is the case study that discusses application of translation strategies and techniques under the guideline of eco-translatology in specific cases; the last part is summarization and conclusion.
