| Objective This systemic and meta-analysis study aimed to evulate the therapeutic p ostoperative effects of preoprative oral adminstration of statin in patients undergoin g coronary artery bypass graft.Method Randomized controlled trials of oral admin starion of statin or placebo before coronary artery bypass graft(CABG)were identif ied by searching Pubmed,Embase,CNKI and WanFang Data from thier inception to Jan 2017.Screening literature, extraceting date and assesing the risk biase of i ncluding study was indepently accomplished by two reseaches. Then revimen5.3 sof tware was used to peform meta-analysis.Result 9RCTs involving 895 patients(464who had statin and 431 who had placebo)were included.Meta anaylsis revealed t hat comparing to the palcebo group, statin group decreased happening of artrial fib rillation after C ABG [O R=0.43,95%CI(0.30,0.62),P<0.0001],shorten the mechanical ventilation time [MD=-1.64,95%CI(-2.90,-0.38),P=0.01] and postoperative hospital sta y [MD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.82,-0.35),P<0.0001] meanwhile lower the occurance of card io-cerebrovascular events, however, there is no statistical significants on intensive c are time[MD=-2.26,95%CI(-4.78,0.27),P=0.08] Conclusion oral adminstration of stati n before CABG could decrease the rats of postoperative artiral fibrillatio n and car dio-cerebrovascular events mean while shoren the time of mechincal ventilation and postoprative hospital stay. |
