Objective:To explore the risk factors of H-type hypertension in the elderly population over 65 years age;To understand the relationship between hypertension or the grade of hypertension and plasma homocysteine levels;and to explore the interaction between other risk factors and plasma homocysteine levels in elderly hypertensive patients.Method:A total of 400 elderly patients with H-type hypertension aged 65 years and over were randomly selected from the Geran Hospital of Hunan Province.Forty-four patients with nonhypertensive physical examination were randomly selected as the control group. The age and sex of the two groups were match. The data were collected by Epidata3.1 software, and the data were analyzed by SPSS18.0 statistical software package. The data were analyzed by Epidata3.1 software.Result:(1)Han nationality, often eat fruit, often eat pork, abdominal circumference for the independent influencing factors of H-type hypertension, which ethnic, often eat fruit, often eat pork for H-type protective factors of hypertension and abdominal ≥90cm(Male)/ 80cm(female)as a risk factor.(2)There was a positive correlation between hypertension(r=0.485,P=0.000),hypertension systolic blood pressure(r=0.253,P=0.000),diastolic blood pressure(r=0.233,P=0.000)and plasma homocysteine level(r=0.453,P=0.000)by spearman correlation analysis.(3)Through linear regression analysis,it was found that the abdominal circumference, creatinine and blood glucose level of urea patients with H-type hypertension, urea nitrogen, often eat fruit and homocysteine level interaction. There was a positive correlation between the level of blood glucose and the level of homocysteine. There was a negative correlation between urea nitrogen and regular water content and homocysteine level.(4)H-type hypertensive patients with siblings and children suffering from high probability of hypertension than non-hypertensive population of brothers and sisters and children.Conclusion:(1)Han nationality, often eat fruit, often eat pork for the independent protection of H-type hypertension and abdominal weight ≥ 90cm(male)/ 80cm(female)as an independent risk factor.(2)Plasma homocysteine levels and hypertension levels have a positive correlation. There was a positive correlation between hypertension and plasma homocysteine levels.(3)H-type hypertensive patients with abdominal circumference, creatinine, blood glucose levels, urea nitrogen, often eat fruit and homocysteine levels have an interaction between.
