Background:Left ventricular non-compaction(LVNC)is a cardiomyopathy characterized by prominent trabeculations and deep intertrabecular recesses in the left ventricle.Cardiovascular Magnetic resonance imaging(CMR)can display of non-densified myocardial distribution characteristics more accurate, evaluation of myocardial perfusion with these characteristics:high organizational resolution, large field of vision,‘one-stop check '.Aims:To analyze and study the characteristics of LVNC magnetic resonance imaging and the relationship between myocardial involvement and cardiac systolic function.Materials and Methods:Collect the patients with LVNC who were diagnosis by clinical and echocardiography in Nanchang University First Affiliated Hospital.Assessed the LVEF?LVEDV?LVESV by heart function analysis software?Counted the segment of myocardium which can match the diagnosis of LVNC at the end of diastolic.Compare the CMR parameters between the patients and the healthy control group.Make a correlation analysis between the LVEF and the number of affected segments. Results:The number of the segment of myocardium which can match the diagnosis of LVNC is 192.All patients with apical department of myocardial densities can be seen.Except the apical part, the most common is the near the apex, the left anterior wall and the lateral wall. The basic parameters of CMR were different between the two groups. There was a negative correlation between LVEF and NC/C as well as the number of the segment which can match the diagnosis of LVNC.Conclusion:1.CMR can accurately and clearly show the dynamic process of stratification of densified myocardium in cardiac cycle.2.The most common site of densified myocardium is apical, followed by near the apex, left anterior wall and lateral wall.3.The basic parameters of CMR were different between the two groups.4.There was a negative correlation between LVEF and NC/C as well as the number of the segment which can match the diagnosis of LVNC.
