| With the acceleration of the pace of industrial automation in China and the increase in packaging products,automatic quantitative packaging scales are getting more and more attention.At present,China’s quantitative package weighing is lagging behind that of developed countries.The main problems faced are the quantitative packaging weighing speed and precision,and the realization of rapid,accurate and automatic quantitative weighing is an important part of industrial automation.This article is based on a factory automated livestock and poultry feed packaging production line developed a new type of automatic quantitative packaging scale,refer to the domestic and international automatic quantitative packaging scale related literature and according to the factory design requirements,the automatic quantitative packaging scale delivery system,bagging device,the overall The structure,pneumatic device,three-stroke two-way valve,and control system are designed in detail.Innovative use of three-stroke two-way valve to achieve fast,medium and slow three feeding methods,in the dynamic and rapid weighing process to improve the accuracy of weighing.Designed an automatic quantitative weighing scale system and analyzed the error of the dynamic weighing system.The dynamic weighing system was a non-linear weighing system.The mathematical model of the system was established,and the compensation function was added to the transfer function of the dynamic weighing system model.Since the transfer function of the system continuously changes with the increase of the fall of livestock and poultry feed,the compensation link is also constantly adjusting the zero point so as to offset the extreme point of the transfer function of the original dynamic weighing system to achieve the purpose of error compensation.Dynamic weighing system is a subsystem of the automatic quantitative packaging scale control system,and is also the most important system.The similarity principle was used to establish a dynamic weighing system simulation experiment.The design principle of the dynamic weighing system was introduced.The mathematical model of the system was established.The experimental scheme was developed,the experimental equipment was purchased,the experimental platform was set up,and the lines between the components were connected.Three hundred and three repetitions of experiments were performed on 3000 g,4000g,and 5000 different kinds of livestock and poultry feed respectively.300 experiments were divided into equal intervals and statistics on each interval.For the mathematical treatment of the measured values,such as when the measured value falls in [4999.75,5000.25] is recorded as 5000.0g,and then the processed value and the corresponding number of times are analyzed,and the measured value data is fitted with Origin 8.5 software. |
