| The shale-sintered microporous material is produced by first mechanically processing the waste straw straw raw material,and grind it to a certain size.then adding a certain degree of fine straw powder as a pore-forming agent in the shale slurry according to a certain ratio.Then,after a certain intensity of extrusion and a certain degree of baking and other technological steps,a new type of lightweight microporous self-insulating wall material is formed.Compared with traditional building materials,shale-sintered microporous materials are easy to source,widely distributed,and inexpensive,and have broad application prospects,healthy and sustainable development under the current background of respecting green.In this paper,shale and straw pore-forming agents are used as raw materials to systematically study the process steps of mixing,mixing,pressing,shaping,drying and roasting.In the test,raw materials were subjected to comprehensive thermal analysis,XRD analysis,physical properties analysis of the sintered samples,and shale sintered microporous bricks at different firing temperatures and different holding times were used to study the mass loss rate and firing rate.The properties of shrinkage,compressive strength and apparent porosity were analyzed.The influence of temperature on the properties of shale sintered microporous bricks was analyzed and the optimal sintering system for shale sintered microporous bricks was explored.The test results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the compressive strength and apparent porosity is increased.When the temperature is 950℃,the compressive strength reached the highest,continue to heat up,compressive strength is on the decline.The appropriate time of holding time can make the brick internal skeleton more solid,and the compressive strength increased.To explore the influence regularities of the straw pore-forming agent with different content and different particle size in compressive strength,the bulk density,water absorption and apparent porosity of shale sintered microporous materials.The test results show that:the content and particle size of straw powder increases,the compressive strength and bulk density decreases,and water absorption and apparent porosity increases.It can effectively improve the various properties of sintered shale brick to controlling the content and particle size of straw powder.This research can be provided a certain amount of empirical data and theoretical basis for conductingexperiments. |
