| Since the beginning of twenty-first Century,the marine resources have gradually been concerned by the people,and the competition for the maritime rights of all countries is more and more intense.The development of power device becomes more and more attention,cycloidal propeller with its superior handling performance gradually into people’s sight,but the current domestic related literature is mainly focused on the hydrodynamic performance of propeller,so this paper focuses on the interaction of betweer hull and oar interference generated to study.In this paper,the CFD method is applied to study the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller by using the sliding grid technique.Firstly,when the eccentricity e is 0.4,0.6 and 0.8,the geometric model of the propeller is established by CATIA software,the mesh is divided by ICEM,and the numerical simulation is carried out by the FLUENT solver in CFD,and the numerical results are compared with the experimental data,which verifies the reliability of the selected method.Secondly,the design of cycloidal propeller,and calculated the changes of single and double cycloidal propeller hydrodynamic performance of propeller in open water experiment,to compare and analyze the effects of interference between the double oars,due to the large amount of calculation,and when the eccentricity e is 0.6,the simulation results of the minimum error,so only the eccentricity e was 0.6 and the establishment of cycloidal propeller simulation geometric model.Based on the reference of the mother ship of the Heilongjiang water transportation planning and Design Institute,the ship type design can be matched with the propeller.For the improvement of the mother ship,mainly the tail type of line change,due to the restrictions of the channel,making the ship from the U type to V type to 2 degrees gradually change,a total of five types of ship.In order to reduce the influence of human factors,the grid division is consistent with the five types of ship models and the structure of the structured grid.Through the CFD technology to carry on the resistance experiment simulation respectively,to the result carries on the pressure difference resistance and the viscosity resistance contrast analysis.By comparison,the performance of fifth kinds of ship resistance is best,and then select the ship with cycloidal propeller,as compared to between hull and oar interference.The resistance performance of the optimal design of the ship and the design of the propeller model matching,which the eccentricity e 0.6.The computation domain has two parts,which are static and rotating,so the mesh is divided by ICEM,and the numerical solution is obtained by CFD simulation.The resistance and oscillation coefficient of the blades of the aft propeller are mostly influenced by the forward flow.With the performance comparison between the hull and the propeller,it is concluded that the increase of the resistance value is about 7.59%.So as to complete the study of the interference between the ship and the propeller,for cycloidal propeller applied in the ship ready. |
