Tai’ An Main Historic Landscape Axis’s Conservation And Renovation Planning Research

The pleasant living environment created by ancient Chinese people through coordinating the natural resources,which has become human beings’ important cultural heritage,is of high historical and cultural value.The development of Mount Tai under the influence of the Tai’ an Ancient City,is a typical example.There is a strong sense of sequence is characterized,“the 3 level Space and 1 Axis”.In which,the axis,consisting of Tongtian Road and climbing sequence,is the so-called “historical and cultural landscape axis”.Recently,the urban development has generated some conflicts with the protection of scenic zone and cultural heritage.In Mount.Tai,some part of the double area of the scenic zone and urban zone belongs to the “historical and cultural landscape main axis”.There are some problems occurred.For example,the structure of mountain and urban space has changed,the identity of such double area is decreasing,the traditional blocks are losing vitality,etc.Tai’ an Ancient City is suffering from the strong impact of urbanization development.That leads to the ancient city recognition decrease,city’s landscape identity of historical and cultural characteristics desalination,etc.Such problems call for a solving method.This thesis,summarized the related theory,learned experience of Beijing’s Axis Planning and Kamakura’s historical Axis in Japan,and find out an analysis method based on Value.Thus,nn this basis,this thesis discusses into the problems of how to protect the existing values,and how to renovate the using values.Finally puts forward some proposals and suggestions for the implementation of planning.
