| With the daily increasing shortage of energy,especially oil depletion and global environment worsening and the greenhouse effect,let countries feel the world environmental pressure gradually realized the development of new energy sources is imperative.Today,the country’s strong support for research and development of high-capacity lithium batteries have begun trial in the electric car industry,is likely to become the main power supply of electric vehicles in twenty-first Century.As the heart part of electric vehicle,the research of battery technology has been one of the key technologies of ev.For battery monitoring,we use the BMS management system,BMS is the order of the charge and discharge of battery real-time data collection,then sends the data to a central processor for data processing,the final implementation of the corresponding regulation.This paper will do some research on the platform of new energy power battery charging and discharging system.First of all,the battery charging and discharging principle of operation,we mainly use the PWM three-phase rectifier control technology,PWM charging and discharging control technology,because of its many advantages,is now widely used.After briefly introduced the structure of the main circuit of charge and discharge system,the output side is BUCK-BOOST and DC-DC transform circuit,the working principle of the whole system is charging and discharging device for use in battery charging is PWM rectifier control circuit,when the battery discharge when using the PWM inverter control circuit,the energy feedback to the power grid,pulse by pulse width modulation to get different narrow degree and depth.The PWM controlled rectifier can significantly increase the power factor,thereby improving the efficiency of power consumption and reducing energy consumption.The general PWM rectifier can monitor the input voltage at any time through real-time current monitoring technology,so as to control the harmonic and power factor.Overall,in the battery charge and discharge process,the system uses PWM as the control strategy,PI regulation to control charging and discharging response time,three-phase power is rectified,output DC to charge the battery. |
