| Hvac water system mainly includes the chilled water system and cooling water system,water system and chiller refrigeration capacity is restricted and influenced by each other.The operation performance of chiller is not only affected by it’s structure characteristics,and also decided by the working environment,namely the internal factors and external factors.The chiller may operate stably under the function of internal factors and external factors.There are many methods and index systems for the chiller performance evaluation,with the development of the research,more and more concept are proposed,some of them have universality,but others require qualification or specific conditions,this need consideration when used in engineering assessment.For cold source system,commonly used evaluation indexes SEER and WTF(coefficient of water),and the evaluation index of chiller operation performance in addition to COP and IPLV,there are DCOP and ICOP.According to the project operation recorded data,analyzed cold source system running situation of one commercial building in summer refrigeration season,and studied the relationship among chilled water system,cooling water system,evaporator temperature and condenser temperature,discussed the cold source system failure problems existing in the project from the influence of the heat transfer capacity and heat transfer temperature difference.Through analyzing the operation data of two chillers,revealled the positive correlation key parameters of chiller DCOP-PLR(load ratio)and the negative correlation related key parameters of ICOP-condensation temperature,concluded the fitting function calculation formula,and based on the analysis of DCOP and ICOP,deduced the double key factors of chiller COP.Concluded that chiller operation performance is good,the system failure is due to the collocation of water system design and it’s control.On the one hand,pointed out that the alarm of system failure is reason for the insufficient cooling side heat transfer capacity;On the other hand,pointed out that the cause of this problem is chiller’s control when startup and loading.Gived suggestions on modification and maintenance for the cold source system,based on feasible optimization design of system control,put forward the W-based control scheme and Q-based control scheme.Then,simulation demonstrated these two optimized control schemes.By the logic programming,get the simulation controller from optimization design,simulated some loading and lightening conditions of these two schemes,the simulation results conform to the loading and lightening scheme,verify the feasibility of two schemes,and it can be used in the subsequent reform implementation. |
