With the continuous development of science and technology and market competition intensifies,our country manufacturing into a more fierce competitive environment,for the completion of the annual development plans for the company,development of new aircraft propulsion,the company launched a needle in this research models of wing mechanism motion scheme design task.Flap belongs to the aircraft is very important part,as the key technology in flight control system,flap motion trajectories through decision flaps,affecting aircraft take-off and landing performance,flap mechanism to the aircraft during takeoff or landing stability is guaranteed,aircraft integral key components.In this paper,a certain type of aircraft in the trailing edge flap as the research object,mainly through the analysis of the foreign flap control technology and flap movement mechanism data,flap movement mechanism of four types of competitive selection of the main active Airbus,Boeing designs produced by establishing different flap movement mechanism model to analyze the change curve of driving,torque rail pressure curve,binding component,combined with the characteristics of models,the slide motion of wing motion mechanism with motion vector,establish mathematical model,based on the existing model in aircraft operations data,the models of data through calculation to verify the rationality of the flap,design scheme,verify the motion mechanism calculation of trajectory and design.Calculation of verification and gas dynamic evaluation shows,numerical method in solving complex flap mechanism is feasible,choose ball screw actuator drive pulley frame,so that the movement of the flap,through the slide of the curvature change and the pulley frame change back to for pneumatic position vector of quasi accurate positioning;the calculation method and result has been successfully applied to the inside of a certain type of aircraft flap movement mechanism development.
