Research On Risk Management Of Dalian DCE Hengda King Residential Project

Being an important industry of China’s economy development, construction is closely related to the improvement of people’s lives. Architecture is a wide covering, long production cycled and strongly mobile industry. While the contracting entities are provided with vast historical opportunities, they are also facing large numbers of risks and challenges which obstruct such entities from launching other projects and effect their production and managing activities. The research on improving construction project risk management is urgently needed to solve the obstacles of this industry, to achieve balance of the construction industry and furthermore enables the construction industry a healthy and sustainable development.Chapter One: Introduces the meaning of risk management research; Chapter Two: Introduces the project risk management basic theories and current domestic and international research statues; Chapter Three: Takes Dalian DCE Hengdadijingresident as an example and introduces the overview of the project. Chapter Five: Further to the risk evaluation result from Chapter Four, proposes risk management solutions to the project and suggests establishing risk supervision system and risking management information system. Chapter Six: Concludes on the risk management research on this project.The focus in the study of this thesis is: 1. Applying FAHP to the risk evaluation of Hengdajingdi Project and acquired the factors of design, contract, economy and construction risks which can affect the project quality; 2. Further to the main cause of risk factors, proposes four solutions to design risks management, contract risks management, economy risk management and construction risk managements; 3. Concludes, reviews the risk factors which affects the project and develops risk management work procedure that can effectively avoid and alert this project.The characteristic and innovation of this thesis:(1) Expert investigation applied. Acquired a project risk list of Hengdadijing Project drafted by construction experts.(2) Further to the characters of Hengdadijing Project, this thesis:a. makes a risk identification flow chartb. suggests establishing a sub-level site emergency management team based on the site situationc. develops a risk early warning system(3) Designs a standardized risk management work procedure which quantizes the management of the supervisors, decreases the error rate cause by artificial control, increased the efficiency of the project supervision.
