| In recent years,more and more industrial plants and even civil constructions also begin to use steel strcture with the gradual popular of steel structure.The form of pure rounded column steel beam joint used in the project is too single.The new type separate sleeve joint was proposed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the various joints in the specification and regulation.The hysteresis characteristic,ultimate load-carrying capacity and stiffness of the two kinds of joints were compared by combining with the test data of the new type separate external sleeve joint and the traditional outer ring board joint.The main work is as following:1:The study designed four cross-shaped column steel beam joints which included a traditional outer ring board joint and three new type separate sleeve joints.The stiffness degradation,ultimate load-carrying capacity,energy dissipation capacity and ductility characteristic of traditional outer ring board joint and new type separate sleeve joint under low cyclic loading were obtained by testing.2:The mechanical performance such as hysteresis curve and the energy dissipation capacity of the new type separate sleeve joint under different sleeve thickness were analyzed by changing the thickness of the sleeve to obtain the influence of the thickness of sleeve on the mechanical performance of the new type separate sleeve joint.3:The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of joints were proposed by analyzing the test results of the traditional outer ring board joint and new type separate sleeve joint to propose the favorable design basis and related opinions for the use of the new type separate sleeve joint in the actual project.The experimental results show that the new type joint has a certain practical value such as simple structure,good seismic performance and saving steel compared with the traditional outer ring board joint. |
