The Research Of Spatial Texture Value Assessment In Historical Conservation District

Historical and cultural streets is the embodiment of the city’s historical and cultural accumulation,fully witnessed the human civilization and cultural development of a city.Its continuity and sustainability are not only very important to itself,but also play an important role in the development of the city and society as a whole.Therefore,developing a system of the value evaluation,which aims to protect the spatial texture of historical and cultural streets,becomes an important factor to understand the composition of the historical and cultural blocks.Based on the system,A new model suited to the development of urban neighborhoods would be made.The value evaluation system would also be an important guarantee for us to use a more rational point to look at the historical and cultural blocks.This paper mainly aims at constructing the value evaluation system of the spatial texture of historical and cultural streets.The author first puts forward the origin of the research,and defines the related concepts involved in the paper,and clarifies the scope,purpose and significance of the research and the methods and framework of the research.Then,the basic theory research is carried out.The basic theory analysis and research are carried out on the evaluation object,the evaluation carrier,the assessment subject and the evaluation method.The elements of the carrier space texture are analyzed by carefully screening and conceptual definition,as well as the main value of the block to elaborate,which provide theoretical basis for the next study.The following is the construction of the spatial texture value evaluation model of historical and cultural blocks.Through the theory of related literature and spatial texture deconstruction,the texture value of historical and cultural blocks is decomposed into two target layers of material elements and nonphysical elements.Twenty-one assessments are selected according to the current situation of Chaozong Street,based on which a suitable,quantitative historical and cultural blocks of space texture value evaluation model would be established.Through the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,to further determine the weight of the evaluation index system,and to Chaozong Street,Changsha City,as the Practical case,this new assessment system will be applied to the evaluation of the spatial texture of the block.According to the analysis of the various indicators related to the current situations of Chaozong Street,the various indexes are evaluated and revised by the relevant researchers.The protection of practical design and update strategy recommendations,in which the theory and practice fully integrated,are carried out based on the evaluation results,including the adjustment of the street pattern,the replacement of neighborhood functions,the protection of residential buildings,etc.At the end of this paper,the content of this study is summarized and reviewed.It is expected that this paper could play a guiding role in the evaluation and protection of historical and cultural streets,and can provide reference for the planning and design of historical and cultural streets.
