The rapid development of expressway is promoting the social economic in our country,and at the same time,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Long period of the expressway construction have much impacts on environment,especially the effects of ecological environment are permanently and irreversible.At present the research on the expressway environmental protection are mostly focus on environmental impact assessment at the early stage and the environmental impact assessment during operation period.In this context,this article aiming at the environmental protection effects evaluation of the expressway construction have been explored.This article firstly introduced the main effects of expressway construction on environment and the corresponding environmental protection measures,comprehensive evaluation theory.And defined the effects of environmental protection during expressway construction period.On this basis, the primary election to the environmental protection effects evaluation of expressway construction.Then the evaluation indexes were selected by the expert scoring method and mathematical statistic method,to determine the evaluation index system of the environmental protection effects in expressway construction period,made it clear that the evaluation standard.Combine with the Layer analysis method and clustering methodology to determine the weight.Weaken the disadvantage that the subjectivity of the Layers analysis method is too strong to make sure the weight become more reasonable.The establishment of environmental protection effects evaluation model in expressway construction period by using the gray system of comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the instance,and analysis to the evaluation results.Combined with the actual situation of the project and give suggestions for improvement.The examples have proved the practicability and systematic of the gray system evaluation model.
