| The world’s port development pattern is undergoing profound changes. Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the development of the world’s shipping industry under severe impact. But the Asian economy has maintained rapid and stable development, the resources of international shipping, transfer to Asia, especially China. China’s port and shipping industry ushered in the unprecedented development opportunity. At the same time, the ports area as the core resource of development, is turning to the direction of an important hub node of the global production and sales supply chain and the global allocation of resources. Tianjin Port is a leader in the new wave of China’s ports construction. Although it achieves success in port throughput, but there is still a wide gap in the port space layout and land intensive use planning between Tianjin Port and mature international ports.Tianjin port is faced with land use extensive and port space layout Imperfect in the rapid development period. This paper selected the top five famous international port as a case, include Singapore Port, Tokyo Port, Rotterdam Port, Antwerp Port and Pusan Port, researched port space layout and land intensive use planning.First of all, to summarize the related theories of port space, which provide theoretical support for this research. Secondly, compared the port space evolution process and development stage, revealed the motivation of the current space layout, then made a comparative analysis on port space layout, Wharf land, industrial land, comprehensive service center, green space and port-city Integration planning, and port intensive land use method. At last, it extracted the reference experience about port space and land intensive use planning, put forward the optimization suggestion of land use planning of Tianjin Port. |
