| Sand-Filled Steel Tube(here in after referred to as SFST in below)has the advantages of good structural integrity,large bearing capacity,reasonable force transformation mechanics,making easy installation,good economic effect.At present,sand filling tube column related experimental research and design theory of reports is less at home and abroad,In order to promote the structural form widely used,it is necessary to study.This paper is to study the structure of SFST by the technical route-“raise questions,simplified model,experimental verification,based on the analysis of the finite element model,get a useful calculating method ”,the main research and achievements of this paper are as follows:In this paper,it study the sand filling tube column within 21 root of the bearing capacity of reduced scale model experiment and the structure form of the static mechanical properties and failure mode.On the specimen column axis,eccentric loading way,got the ultimate bearing capacity of the sand filling inside the steel tube column,load-displacement curve,the load and strain curve.Analysis of parameters about SFST,such as the slenderness ratio of steel tube column,diameter-thick ratio,eccentricity,sand particle size,moisture content,the analysis of the sand compaction parameters,and got the factors influencing the sand filling inside the steel pipe column of ultimate bearing capacity.Internal sand filling tube column for finite element analysis software,ABAQUS software was used to simulate the sand filling tube column stress distribution,the load-displacement curve of the specimens,paths of the load and strain curve and the bearing value simulation.Compared the simulation value and experiment,the results are in good agreement,which verify the feasibility of the finite element model,for further research on steel tube sand column provides a theoretical basis for reference.On the basis of sand filling pipe column test,Through the finite element modeling analysis,Combining both the ultimate bearing capacity of sand filled steel tube column is derived simplified calculation formula,and verified the test column.In this paper,the bearing capacity of the simplified calculation formula for engineering design of temporary support structure and provide reference for the related specifications. |
