Research & Development Of Low Section All Steel Radial Tire (Tubeless)275/70R22.5

The project is to research & develop low section all steel radial tire(tubeless)275/70R22.5 for a new type of urban bus.The structure design was carried out according to the thin film network theory and balanced contour method.First the technical design was carried out.Through the investigation,collection,input to the basic information and conditions such as requirements of customer,related standards,industry situation,a final product of tire was designed,namely the outer contour,the pattern,the inner contour and the tire appearance fonts were designed,a tire pattern general drawing,side plate font drawing,inner and outer contour drawing and the finished material distribution drawing were output.Then the construction design was carried out.That is,the design of the finished product was transformed into the design of the semi-finished part,thus the finished product was turned into a semi-finished part that can be put into production.The production process,equipment and the suitable compound were chosen.From finished product material distribution drawing,the material distribution on the drum was drawed,various semi-finished parts size,weight,location on shaping drum,etc.were designed.And then a general table of construction,construction tables and process parameters in each process,curing conditions,etc.were developed.The third is the trial production,test and pilot production.First,the sample test was carried out(small test),and the samples were tested according to the relevant standards,including the outer size test,strength test and durability test,all of which met the standard.And then the pilot production and larger pilot production were tried.The process adaptability,product qualification rate,market adaptability,all met requirements.Finally the design was put into the formal production,produced good economic and social benefits.Conclusion: the research and development of low section & all steel radial tire(tubeless)275/70R22.5 meets the relevant standards and the market requirements,is suitable for mass production,and the research and development is a complete success.
