| The various profile control technologies which mean to overcome the shortcomings of steam flooding can not reach the expectation because of their applicability,temperature resistance,cost and construction difficulties.In this paper,inorganic self-cemented profile control agent of steam flooding has been made,which can protect the low permeability layer and block the high permeability layer.At first,the synthesis of profile control agent of steam flooding is studied,including selection of raw materials,calculation of synthesis formulation and optimization of synthesis conditions.Using orthogonal experiments,make study on consolidation properities and its influencing factors,which ensures the feasibility of constrution in the field.Designing the single-core flooding tests and heterogeneous parallel dual-core flooding tests to study the ability as plugging agent and profile control agent.New profile control agent is self-cemented,inorganic and particle with the scale of mm.Proper fomulation can guarantee the setting time satisfies the time limit of constrution.The consolidation strength can be 3.5 MPa,which can ensure the completeness after consolidation in the reservoir.The excellent temperature resistance can make sure its completeness in the steam with high temperature.Profile control agent with proper size can form core which has certain permeability and porosity,which has stable and flushing resistance flowing channel and the plugging efficiency can be 95%.Proper match of permeability contrast-coefficient with size and PV can make the best effect. |
