| In recent years,the fruit market of China has developed rapidly,and the commercialization of fruits has led to better trade and sales in both the international and domestic markets,but due to its inherently crisp texture,it will cause varying degrees of damage during fruit picking,packaging,and transportation.After the test and analysis of various packaging materials,the damage rate can be greatly reduced after the fruit is wrapped in the plastic foaming net.At present,the domestic packaging of fruit is in the initial stage,and there is still no relatively mature fruit set net packaging machine in the market of fruit packaging equipment,the existing fruit set net packaging machine is still a semi-automatic or pure mechanical fruit packing machine,which has many disadvantages such as damaging the foaming network and low net efficiency;therefore,the fruit market of fruit set of packaging,mainly relying on traditional artificial network,which its low efficiency and labor costs are relatively high,restricts seriously the development of the industrialization of the fruit.The subject for automation to fruit set of packaging this problem,based on the mechanical properties of plastic foam net and the physical characteristics of fruits,theoretical analysis,computer simulation,optimization tests are used,the paper designs a kind of round fruit automatic packaging machine which combines electric control system and mechanical system.Using SolidWorks and ADAMS software,the static analysis and dynamic analysis of the packaging machine parts of the fruit set were carried out,and the optimal parameters were determined;Utilize PLC programming software to program and debug the control system of fruit packing machine;It provides the basis for the research and design of the round fruit automated packaging machine.This paper mainly carries on the following aspects:(1)Based on the principle of high efficiency and high automation of the fruit-net packaging machine,the paper designs a kind of round fruit automatic packaging machine which combines electric control system and mechanical system.Using SolidWorks software for 3D solid modeling,analyzing the working principle of each component and combining the characteristics of the fruit packing machine,carried out the design and optimization test of each structural component,and the programming and testing of the control system.(2)The core components of the control system of fruit set packaging machine control system adopt Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC programmable controller,compile the motion program,carry out debugging test,and detect the transport and place of fruits through photoelectric sensors and solid state relays respectively;The pneumatic device selects double-acting cylinder and gripper according to the requirements of pneumatic circuit;The whole control system determines the working flow of the packaging machine.(3)A theoretical analysis was performed on the intermittent trapping mechanism of the fruit set net packing machine,and the main factors influencing the performance index of the net set mechanism were found out;And dynamic modeling and simulation are carried out in ADAMS simulation software,and the change trend of the main factors affecting the network performance of the network mechanism is obtained,and the optimal working parameters are optimized,and the processing and testing are completed.(4)The control system of fruit net wrapping machine adopts FX2N series 64MR fruit net wrapping packaging performance is better;And the selection type of cylinder in pneumatic device is double acting;And the vertical Angle of the insertion knife is 35degrees,the length of the crank is 60mm,the Angle between the knife rail and the horizontal plane is 78 degrees and the stiffness coefficient is 1.3x105 N/mm. |
