| Packaging industry of plastic bottle has always been a major basic industry in our country.Plastic bottle is a wide kind of packaging container used in food,cosmetics,detergents,pharmaceuticals,industrial products,etc.In term of people’s articles for daily use,plastic bottle is often selected as packaging container with a huge number.However,in the actual production process,bottleneck clogging phenomenon frequently occurs due to the limitations of manufacturing equipment.The detection for this clogging phenomenon mainly uses artificial method at present,which results in difficulty to ensure the stability product quality and output efficiency under the fast production line environment.At the same time,the production cost is increased.Therefore,the research on detection system for bottleneck defect of plastic bottle is of important practical significance.This paper firstly introduces the development and application prospect of machine vision technology,and further analyzes the advantages and development trend of embedded system integrated with machine vision technology.According to the detection status of bottleneck defect,this paper proposes machine vision method for the defect detection of bottleneck clogging using the DM6446 video image processing platform based on Davinci technology.Then this paper analyzes the causes of the bottleneck defect and the existing mainstream machine vision processing platform.The overall scheme of the detection system including the selection of specific hardware processing platform and the overall system structural project and workflow is proposed and designed.In the aspect of hardware,the primary work focuses on the selection and introduction of the main chips as well as the hardware design of the power module,memory module,video input and output module,alarm and action control module.Based on the hardware platform,the system software development environment is set up and configured,and the ARM subsystem is employed to realize configuration for chip decoder,video processing subsystem and other equipment parameters.In addition,the software process of system is designed and some algorithms for image processing inDSP system are studied including image grayscale,image enhancement,image filtering,adaptive binarization,edge detection,defect detection and some corresponding algorithm optimization.Finally,bottleneck defect detection of plastic bottle is primarily realized via utilizing the constructed hardware platform.The results of experiment verify the feasibility of machine vision detection on production line.The proposed method can improve the automation of assembly line production instead of the mainstream artificial inspection.The main innovation of this paper lies in integrating embedded technology and machine vision technology into the video monitoring platform based on DM6446 for bottleneck defect detection of plastic bottle.This method can greatly improve the detection efficiency of related products and automation degree of online production.It is of great practical significance and reference value for the future research on the highly automated online quality testing equipment with the advantages of high quality,high stability and small volume. |
