Energy was the fundament that people survive on,the development and utilization of traditional energy gradually are unable to meet people’s demand for energy,and the development and utilization of new energy is the key to solve the energy problem.As a green,sustainable new energy,solar energy is gradually walking into the people’s vision.Polysilicon is the main raw material for the production of photovoltaic cells,polysilicon production process is also constantly updated and improved.Fluidized bed producting polysilicon is a newer technology,which has the advantage of low energy consumption,recycling to use,low cost and so on,compared with the traditional technology.The fire safety of the fluidized bed polysilicon production workshop is very important for the safe production of the workshop.The combustible gas of Class A,during the fluidized bed polysilicon production used,has the risk of explosion and fire.The production equipments of workshop can not directly use water to put out a fire,in the event of fire,fire control and rescue measures is the key to directly extinguish the fire.During the production process,fluidized bed Polysilicon production plant using combustible gas is hydrogen and silane,and silane burning point is very low,once the leak,it can spontaneously combust,so the leakage fire risk of workshop is higher.The risk of fire hazard in the workshop have to be studied.In this paper,the fire safety of the workshop were analyzed from two aspects of fire hazard and fire safety measures in the workshop of the fluidized bed polysilicon.The fire hazard of the workshop was combined with the fluidized bed production process.The factors that cause the fire and explosion in the workshop were analyzed.The equipment and leak location of combustible gas leak in the production workshop of fluidized bed polysilicon were analyzed.The possibility of fire and explosion accidents in the workshop was analyzed by the Monde method,and the influence of the overall fire control measures and management capacity on the workshop safety was also analyzed.Then the possibility of fire and explosion was analyzed to find the main equipments and induction factors of fire and explosion.Then use the TNT equivalent method to assess the extent of the explosion occurred in the production workshop,achieving the details of the production equipment damage and personnel casualties.Finally,fire simulation software FDS was used to analysis the effect of workshop occurred combustible gas leakage fire on the safety of the workshop,the fire temperature and radiant heat in fire parameters were choosed to analysis of the impact of fire on the production equipment,and identified the dangerous production equipments after the fire.In terms of fire control measures,combining with the workshop production process,some suggestions and measures were put forward from fire prevention measures,fire fighting measures of production process,management measures and other aspects,so as to improve the fire safety level of the workshop on the whole.
