Common Problem Analysis And Quality Control Of Printing And Packaging

At present,the printing and packaging industry overall quality management level is relatively backward and is at the bottom position of industry chain,the competition is also fierce,so the quality improvement is one of issues that printing and packaging enterprises urgently need to solve.In this paper,through the analysis of the common quality issues at printing and packaging industry and on the basis of the improvement of existing quality system,the following results have been obtained:1.Through a systematic analysis of gift box manufacturing process quality control system and process analysis to identify the impact of the manufacturing process and the key points of quality control system,comprehensively put forward feasible plan to improve the quality of high-end gift boxes and effect evaluation.2.Through comprehensively expounding the gift boxes and the quality improvement process,here summed up some quality common problems and put forward a solution while provided the actual cases and the basic solution for the improvement of the quality of domestic printing and packaging industry,which provides some experiences to other types of manufacturing enterprises for learning and executing.3.Combined with the working experience in the electronics industry and practical application on a large number of quality tools such as QC seven practices,statistical process control,the quality of the software JMP12 and Minitab16,the study is more scientific and reflect the efficiency to solve the problem,which provides a reference for others to follow-up.4.Combining with the actual working experience,through a tentative research on Total Quality Management,the paper put forward the concept of TQC in practical work and achieved certain results,which provides a method for the quality improvement of printing industry.This study shows that: quality improvement is a systematic engineering in the enterprise,not only aiming to solve the problems which affect the quality during production,the enterprise shall also work together and jointly participate through continuous improvement and continuous quality process optimization,to enable enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
