| Dendrimers have characteristics of highly branched structures,monodispersity,polyvalency and spherical architecture.They showed many advantages because of their distinct architecture,such as controlled size and structure,functional modification,biocompatibility and self-assembly,thus the dendrimers have been employed in biomedical,catalyst and photoelectric material fields.Due to the unique physico-chemical property and photoelectric property,porphyrin derivatives give outstanding fluorescence characteristic and higher plurinatality singlet oxygen,so the porphyrin derivatives were considered as an ideal photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy(PDT).In this paper,we constructed a series of porphyrin cored dendrimers consisting of novel siloxane-poly(amido amine)dendron-like arms,and obtained various multifunctional polymer materials via functional modification.The details and key conclusions are described as follows:1,A series of porphyrin-cored dendrimers PP-Si-PAMAM-Dm(m=1,2,3)have been synthesized via Click reaction and characterized by NMR,FT-IR and UV-Vis and etal.Furthermore,the synthesized PP-Si-PAMAM-Dm showed strong fluorescence emission and the intensity increased significantly as the generation growing,they also gave a significant pH-dependent behaviour in fluorescence emission,which suggest these porphyrin-cored dendrimers may be used as promising pH-responsive probes suitable for potential application in biomedical imaging,diagnosis and treatment,especially for PP-Si-PAMAM-D3.2,A series of multifunctional specific-targeting thermometer of glycosylated porphyrin-cored dendrimers PP-Si-PAMAM-Dm-Lac(m=1,2,and 3)have been synthesized via click reaction and characterized by NMR,FT-IR and UV-Vis and etal.Furthermore,the PP-Si-PAMAM-Dm-Lac showed specifically recognization to lectin and gave high fluorescence quantum yields and singlet oxygen production efficiency.What’s more,the fluorescence intensity of PP-Si-PAMAM-Dm-Lac decreased as the temperature increased.All the results presented herein show that these glycosylated porphyrin dendrimers,particularly PP-Si-PAMAM-D3-Lac,are promising thermosensitivity and tumor-selective photosensitizers for PDT.3,PP-PAMAM-G3/Ag dendrimer-encapsulated nanoparticles prepared by silver nitrate and porphyrin-cored dendrimers.First of all,the third generation of porphyrin-cored dendrimer PP-PAMAM-G3 was synthesized via click reaction.Andthen,the spherical nanoparticles with uniform dispersion and uniform size,was obtained by the in-situ reduction reaction between silver nitrate solution and PP-PAMAM-G3.The results show that the PP-PAMAM-G3/Ag gave an efficient performance in the reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol.Therefore,the obtained PP-PAMAM-G3/Ag dendrimer-encapsulated nanoparticles have a promising application in the catalytic degradation and anti-microbial. |
