| In this paper,the aroma components and characteristic components of rose oil in Shandong Pingyin were studied qualitatively and quantitatively.The gas chromatographic technique(GC)was used to establish and validate the analytical method of Pingyin rose oil,The aroma components of the different years’ rose oil,living state roses and isolated state roses were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)under optimum conditions.Application of gas chromatography-Olfactory technology(GC-O)dilution method and GC-MS combined with two-dimensional center cutting gas chromatography to determine the characteristic components exsisted in Pingyin rose oil.With the help of Comprehensive Two-Dimensional Gas Chromatography technology,Can we analyze Pingyin rose oil entirely.The main factors that affected chromatographic separation were optimized and the best analytical method was obtained as follows:The chromatographic column HP-INN OWAX,length 60 m,inner diameter 0.25 mm,coating thickness 0.25 μm,initial temper ature 80℃,maintained for 5 min,increased to 220℃ at 2℃/min for 20 min,colum n flow rate 0.5 mL min-1,injection volume 0.2 μL,split ratio 100/1,detector FID.And the validated analytical method mainfested:the linear relationship was good,The limit of detection and limit of quantification was 1.13 μg/L and 3.58 μg/L,respectively.The precision and recoveries were good,the reproducibility obtained peak area RSD was les s than 10.74%.The recoveries ranged from 87.49%to 116.82%,which indicated that thi s method could be used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the trace aroma co mponents of Pingyin rose oil.By GC-O-MS combined with two-dimensional central cutting gas chromatography obtained 29 species characteristic components(FD>64)in Pingyin rose oil:Cis-rose oxi de,gamma-Cadinene,citronellol,nerol,eugenol,1,4-carotenedienal,2-undecanone,citronellyl ac etate geranyl acetate,farnesene,geraniol,2-tridecyl alcohol,phenethyl alcohol,α-pinene,hexa ldehyde,beta-pinene,verbenene,trans-β-ocimene,2-hexanol,1-hexanol,Bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-en e,2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-,citronellyl formate,(-)-Myrtenal,undecan-2-ol,2-tetr adecene,bisabololoxide B,citronellic acid,benzo[1,2-B:5,4-B’]difmran-2-carboxylic-acid,8-m ethoxy-,methylester,di(2-ethylhexyl)adipate.Two important aroma components were identi fied by two-dimensional central cutting gas chromatography:beta-Eudesmol,ylangenal.One-dimensional GC-MS qualitative analysis of the 2016 Pingyin rose oil which got 76 kinds aroma components under selected chromatographic conditions,Through nea rly three years’ oil samples of qualitative and quantitative analysis,we can obtain 36 ki nds of representative components.At last,seven characteristic components were identified:geraniol.nerol,methyleugenol,1.4-carotene dienal,cis-rose oxide.beta-Eudesmol,ylangenal.Re ference to the international standard of rose oil to deterrmine the 12 representative and characteristic components,namely:cis-rose oxide,linalool,citronellyl acetate,citronellol,nero l,Phenethyl acetate,geraniol,phenylethyl alcohol,methyl eugenol,eicosane,eugenol and tric osane.At the same time,in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national stan dard,Pingyin rose oil physical and chemical properties are as follows,Color:light yell ow liquid;Aroma:a rose fragrance.The relative density(25℃/25℃):0.895-0.898;Re fractive index(25℃):1.469 6-1.472 2;Optical rotation(25℃)for-7°-13 °;The freezi ng poiint of 12℃-23℃;Ester values were 7-24.By means of the comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography 629 kinds of components which signal-to-noise ratio(S/N)above 500 were obtained by qualitative research of Pingyin rose oil.Among them,205 aroma components which match factor and reverse match factor were greater than 800,Including 52 kinds of terpene,49 alcohols.25 kinds of esters,21 kinds of aldehydes,19 kinds of alkene,17 kinds of ketones,12 kinds of alkanes,3 kinds of phenols,2 kinds of ethers,5 kinds of acid and other substances.It demonstrated the superiority of the comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography in qualitative analysis of complex samples fully.The regular of aroma changed among living state roses,isolated state roses,rose oil are as follows:In the process,Roses’ head incense components such as a-pinene,nerol,ph enylethanol were present the trend of decrease;The content of β-myrcene and citronello 1 increased firstly and then decreased,that was,the content in the fresh flowers was t he highest in the isolated roses flowers;The content of rose oxide,linalool,citronellyl acetate,methyl eugenol were gradually increased.When the three states changed,the tra nsport and transformation of aroma substances occurred. |
