Research On The Innovation And Development Of China’s Green Finance Based On The Perspective Of Atmospheric Governance

As the wave of green revolution sweeping the world,specially in developing countries,green finance has developed rapidly in the past decade and become a new trend in those developed economies.China is now in the important stage of economic upgrading and transformation which makes China suffer under the dual pressures of environmental pollution and economic downturn.So it has become an important strategic consideration of China’s government to find out how to make a good use of the opportunity of green development to improve both environmental governance and get the economy prosper again.This thesis aims to study the support of green finance to atmospheric governance and the innovation of green financial services needed to support China’s atmospheric governance.Firstly,a large number of statistical data are used to illustrate the present situation of atmospheric pollution and the status of atmospheric control in China.In order to analyze the problems more clear,air pollution is divided into two parts as the pollution of major pollutants and the pollution of carbon emissions.At the same time,summed up the status of China’s green finance development,this green finance in this thesis is limited to green credit and carbon finance.After the statistical analysis of China’s atmospheric governance funding,get the discovery of its huge funding gap,put forward the financial management of atmospheric governance to rely on the support of green finance.Thus,the qualitative analysis points out the possible mechanism of the impact of green credit and carbon finance on atmospheric governance and establishes a gray relational model and panel regression model to quantitatively analyze and validate the proposed mechanism.Among them,the gray correlation analysis shows that there is a strong correlation between green finance and atmospheric governance.The panel model is used to analyze the impact of carbon finance on energy consumption structure and industrial structure.The results show that the development of carbon finance can lead to the improvement of energy use structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,which is consistent with the result of qualitative analysis,that is,the development of green finance On China’s atmospheric governance has a definite support role.Finally,some concrete innovative models for the development of green credit and carbon finance mechanism in China are provided.This analysis concludes the implementation process and development characteristics of these models.And definitely the research on these models can provide a possible innovation scheme for China’s financial institutions to make their innovation to support the work of atmospheric governance.
