| Coal,as the main primary energy,its production has a vital role to the economy of our country.In order to increase the mining strength of three-underground mining and increase the recovery of residual coal,in order to reduce farmland occupation and do best to protect ecological environment,so that filling mining technology that uses coal gangue as the main raw material gets rapid development.Paste filling technology has a extensive application in current domestic,its advantage is high work performance and strong continuity,and stability of the automatic control system.However,flow detection for paste filling technology still be a difficult problem because the plastic special form.So this article studies the paste filling flow detection.When plastic flows,we can get tube line pressure value from measuring tube-wall deformation,then we can get plastic transient flow from calculating pressure and flow’s dynamic relation.In terms of theory,it summarizes tube line pressure and flows in mathematical model,that is to say that there is a mathematical relational expression between above two sides.After discusse to this relation,we can get that this mathematical relational expression is got from the commonality among electromechanical liquid,likes long-line theory in transmission line theory.So it has to many non-linear factors,we need to improve these parameters in the mathematical relational expression.In practice,it talks from two sides,which is ANSYS and experiment.It has been verified that strain measurement system is feasibility,then from pressure value to get plastic transient flow vbalue.And it provides the basis for the practical application of further design.Finally,we can analysis the error from comparise experimental results and theoretical analysis. |
